ST. MICHAEL'S 1884 datestamp tied to numeral 146 on cover

A recent new discovery of an 1884 (JY 12) cover to England with 6d Platypus tied numeral 146 and ST. MICHAEL'S / TASMANIA datestamp alongside (see scan below)
Ross Ewington has advised that this is the second recorded strike of the ST. MICHAEL'S datestamp (ie. known to him) and the earlier of the two recorded (the other also being in July 1884). John Hardinge's excellent listing of barred numerals gives 146 a rarity rating of RRRR indicating 11-20 copies known, but this of course covers its use at both Muddy Creek and St. Michael's.
I would be interested in hearing about and / or seeing a scan of this second item (is it also on cover or only a piece, and if so, is it tied to the 146 numeral?), and also whether anyone else knows of other examples of this datestamp and the numeral 146 tied to it.
