I have not seen this stamp with a T perfin before - it is not listed in the "Perfins
of Tasmania" by D.W. Anderson ..in the edition I have anyway.

The perfin configuration is 5x5 holes and they are very close together.
Have any other collectors seen one of these before?

You should have the latest of David Andersen's Catalogues the 2007 edition 2 . It lists the 7 c UPU in the 5x5 format . It offers no rarity ratings but I would consider it one of the rarer ones of the decimals.
If you admit that you do not have this catalogue on this site I will personaly send you one for free.
