'T CARDS - WHO WAS THE PUBLISHER?

Does anyone know the publisher of cards with 'T CARD printed on the back( scroll down)?

I have also seen NSW view postcards with same printed backs (added 21.2.2011)

I cannot help with regards to the publisher, but I can list the following cards which I found yesterday. All southern Tasmanain views.

The River Derwent New Norfolk Tas.
Australian Newsprint Mills Boyer Derwent River Tas.
The Salmon Ponds near New Norfolk. Tasmania. (white border)
Salomon Ponds Nr New Norfolk. Tas (different view to above)
The Derwent River New Norfolk. Tasmania. (white border)
The Derwent River New Norfolk. Tas (different view to above)
The Gardens Bush Hotel New Norfolk Tas.

Appears to be 2 different sets ?

1. Tas, no border
2. Tasmania, white border
