Cancellations of the First Allocation Period - David McNamee

#1 Post by Geoff Dane » Sun Apr 22, 2012 6:40 pm

This is just 1 of several Tasmanian exhibits by David on the AAPE (American Association of Philatelic Exhibitors) web site. Others cover: Pre adhesive postal markings, Savings bank packets, Fiscal use of postal stamps and Registered mail. It would be nice to see other exhibits available on the net for longer term access and information (perhaps here on the BB).

Geoff, I completely agree.
Exhibits are an extremely useful reference for collectors.
The TPS would be happy to arrange on-line display of exhibits of Tasmanian material. Interested parties should contact the TPS or me as the admin of this board and webmaster.

Peter,

I agree entirely. In this age where it is so much easier to create permanent photo records of major displays and collections, such records should be created wherever possible.
