Nice. Thanks for that. I believe I have now seen INvermay so that leaves New Town and North Hobart as the question marks?

Re: Priority Paids
Here are a couple more timeclock datestamps used with Priority Paid mail - I have found both of these
datestamps used at the Hobart Mail Exchange (MEB = Mail Exchange Branch) to be quite scarce.
The diameter of this datestamp is 50mm - 'click' on the image once to view the whole cover___________ The diameter of this second 'timeclock' datestamp is 55mm

I have located a second type of time-clock PP datestamp used at GLENORCHY.
Note the different 'arrow' indicator and the post office name in smaller type

A few more Priority Paid "time-clock" datestamps
BURNIE also seen from 13 SEP 1989
LAUNCESTON POST OFFICE LAUNCESTON MAIL CENTRE - I don't recall seeing this datestamp before. Also seen dated 22 JAN 1981
ULVERSTONE - 'RECEIVED' DEVONPORT - 'Priority Paid' absent from datestamp face. HOBART - GPO? - no office name. Both covers are addressed to politicians with offices at 1 Franklin
Wharf (2 blocks from the GPO) Anything "new" here?

Two more found today on Priority Paid covers
BURNIE - different to the one illustrated above (no PRIORITY PAID included on the datestamp face) and a different type for the LAUNCESTON post office

Here is an 'improver' on the SORELL datestamp which I have posted previously (see above)
I have never seen more than three or four examples of this particular PP datestamp

Re: Priority Paid "Timeclock" Datestamps
One and the same?
BURNIE PP time-clock datestamp with (20 JAN 84) and without (13 FEB 1984) 'PRIORITY PAID' (the latter previously reported in this topic)
The diameter of the datestamp and the width of 'BURNIE' and the date are identical - I would assume that the 'without' datestamp
is an altered version of the 'with' type and not a different canceller.
Any thoughts?

Re: Priority Paid "Timeclock" Datestamps
KINGS MEADOWS 7246* · 13 MAY 1991 · PRIORITY PAID OFFICE - time-clock datestamp
* the postcode should read 7249 - it appears to read '7246' or '7248' but definitely not '7249'
Has anyone seen this postmark before (John hasn't included it on "The List"? ??

I have just located what I think is a third (or fourth) type of PP timeclock used at Burnie
Compare this with the illustrated examples above.

Re: Priority Paid "Timeclock" Datestamps
I was just sorting through a shoebox or two today and found this photocopy that John Avery sent to me about 30 years ago
This may be of use to anyone who is working on the Priority Paid timeclock datestamps and are interested in some possible earliest dates
