T.M.L. Ry No. 1 framed cds

I have this cancel on a mining scenes letter card postmarked FE 5 / 02 to Devonport East.

Is it possible to determine where the T.M.L. cancel would have been applied?

All you can tell from the cancell itself is it was applied by the mail guard on the main line train from Hobart to Launceston unless there are other indications on the card.
