The Forrest sale recently revealed a nice piece from 1895 which ties Heazlewood to 2nd allocation numeral 289.

Heazlewood was open from 01/08/1888 until 31/12/1897 and was a mining settlement based on a silver lead discovery by WR Bell, about 20 kms west of Mount Bischoff on he track to Corinna.
