Hi I'm Donald from Fife in Scotland hence the user name. My interest at the moment in Tasmania is postmarks, having just been caught by the KGV fly speck brigade, and buying by the 100's and occassionally 1000's. One particular lot I bought has a good sprinkling of Tasmanian postmarks, so rather than stick to fly specking or plating I've decided to collect also Postmarks, so please bear with my as my knowledge isn't great but I hope to learn quickly from reading this forum. Any help or advice will be received and consumed thank you.

Hi Donald and welcome to the TPS bulletin Board. You've chosen a most interesting area in Tas Post Marks in my humble opinion. Many interesting and some obscure areas and there is a lot of useful documentation. Please feel free to share any intersting images, ask questions or have your say. We have all levels of expertise here.
And, Lang may yer lum reek! (Wi' ither folks coal! ) as my father used to say.
