Location: situated on the Emu Bay Railway approx. 13kms NNW of Tullah at 41° 37' 42" South, 145° 35' 41" East
- closest post office to Bulgobac during it's periods of operation was at Tullah
- Telephone Office only during the second period of operation and there is no evidence that a steel datestamp was issued for use 1958/64
- listed in Postal Guides until c.1969 but the office definitely closed in 1964
- connected to the outside world only by rail, Bulgobac was the site for many decades of a large sawmill as well as an E.B.R. siding with provision for locomotives to take on water
