It is wise to standardise the naming of image files
Barred Numeral Postmarks

Circular Datestamps
example(s)
shipwrights point type 1b.jpg and if further examples are required for uploading........ · shipwrights point type 1b (2).jpg · shipwrights point type 1b (3).jpg
Notes
- all file names to be in lower case
- barred numeral or in the case of datestamps, office name to be first
- no apostrophes
- additional images of the same canceller to be numbered at the end of the file-name in parentheses (see examples above)
Maps
location name · map · small or large
e.g. bulgobac map small.jpg and bulgobac map large.jpg
