2½d horizontal overprint and 3d overprint reading up.

TAS wmk perf 14 set with missing stop after specimen.

Any help or leads appreciated.

I recently acquired the 2½d value but seek the 3d specimen overprint reading upwards to complete my page.

Any help would be gratefully received, the page below looks so sad with its ugly, empty space
