Max, this is Relief Stamp(no code) Type R1a. Date is 14th October 1950 and would have been used at Norwood Avenue after it's 18.9.1950 opening it used this rubber relief until it's steel Type 5 CDS arrived sometime between 15 DEcember 1950 and March 1951. Hope this helps.

Now here's something unusual .... a lovely strike of the PYENGANA WEST Type 4 cds with the dateline reversed!
As if being rated 5R isn't enough!!
